Indigenous Frameworks & Knowledge Governance

The regenerative frameworks developed and published by RENOVANT® are the sole intellectual property of the firm and its Founder and Principal, who carries Indigenous heritage and has developed these frameworks independently through lived knowledge, professional practice, and academic research engagement.
Research references, scholarly collaborations, and client engagements inform this work. They do not author it, co-own it, or hold rights to it.
Indigenous scholarship engaged through RENOVANT®’s research practice — including translations, citations, and collaborative references — is handled in accordance with the CARE Principles for Indigenous Data Governance, ensuring Collective Benefit, Authority to Control, Responsibility, and Ethics guide how that knowledge is referenced and applied. Engagement with external Indigenous scholarship does not transfer ownership, licensing rights, or co-authorship of RENOVANT® frameworks to any third party.

Confidentiality

RENOVANT® treats all client information, project details, and engagement specifics with strict confidentiality. The firm does not disclose client names, project data, proprietary information, or the nature of advisory engagements without explicit written consent. This applies to all stages of an engagement — from initial consultation through project delivery and beyond.
Confidentiality is not a contractual formality at RENOVANT®. It is a professional standard the firm holds regardless of whether it is asked to.

Permissions & Licensing

For permissions, licensing inquiries, collaboration requests, or questions regarding the use of any RENOVANT® content or materials, please contact the firm directly through the Contact page. All requests are reviewed by the Founder and Principal personally.
