The Principal & Founder

Rooted In Heritage, Grounded in Science, Guided by Vision.
Guided by the intersection of ancestral ecological intelligence, artificial intelligence, and high-performance engineering, RENOVANT® leads with a commitment to relational accountability and technical rigor.
With a multidisciplinary foundation spanning regenerative design, construction systems, and ecological modeling, they have moved beyond traditional sustainability consulting to help architect a new standard for the residential built environment—one that replaces extraction with restoration.
By integrating bioregional intelligence with modern construction methodology, RENOVANT® serves as a strategic partner to developers and builders seeking measurable performance, long-term asset resilience, and ecological alignment across generations.
Methodology & Professional Focus
Their work is grounded in RENOVANT® methodologies and regenerative transition frameworks, informed by Indigenous ecological knowledge systems and contemporary building science.
Rather than treating sustainability as a compliance exercise, RENOVANT® works with project teams to evaluate how design decisions, materials, and construction processes influence long-term relationships with land, water, and community systems.
Engagements may include:
LEED for Homes–ready design strategy
Energy and water modeling
Material evaluation and life-cycle assessment
Bioregional site strategy
Team capacity building for regenerative implementation
The result is improved operational performance, durable asset value, and projects designed within ecological limits rather than beyond them. RENOVANT® operates as a practice, not a marketing vehicle. It exists to support disciplined decision-making in residential construction and to collaborate with teams willing to reduce harm, question assumptions, and build responsibly.
Ancestral Roots, Lived Wisdom
My approach to sustainability and regeneration isn’t just academic and technical—it is lived.
I carry 51% Indigenous American Heritage, with ancestral roots in:
The Otomi and zapotec of east central mexico.
the raramuri (Tarahumara) of the northern mexican plateau.
the wixarika (huichol), whose sacred ecological traditions continue to inform my understanding of land stewardship.
These traditions embody diverse cosmologies and regenerative practices grounded in relational accountability, ceremony, and ecological guardianship. This heritage informs how I listen, how I assess land, and how I guide teams toward decisions that respect ecological thresholds and intergenerational impact.

RENOVANT® Professional Consultancy
At RENOVANT®, regeneration is not a trend—it is a professional responsibility. It requires moving beyond mitigation toward measurable restoration: rebuilding ecological function, strengthening long-term system resilience, and designing residential environments that operate within the limits of land and water systems. This standard informs every project we accept and every partnership we undertake.
