RENOVANT® is structured as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) registered in the United States. The firm operates across the U.S. and Mexico, with its primary base in San Diego, California—a binational metropolitan region that reflects the firm’s cross-border scope and bilingual practice.

The firm conducts business in both English and Spanish, serving clients, researchers, and partners across North America and internationally. All client-facing materials, advisory deliverables, and research engagements are available in both languages.

RENOVANT® operates as a predominantly remote practice. The overwhelming majority of client work, research collaboration, and business operations takes place online, minimizing the emissions and material demands associated with physical office infrastructure. Occasional in-person engagement—including knowledge-sharing sessions with Indigenous research partners, workshops, trainings and site visits— is intentional, relationship-driven, and kept to a minimum.

RENOVANT® treats all client information, project details, and engagement specifics with strict confidentiality. The firm does not disclose client names, project data, proprietary information, or the nature of advisory engagements without explicit written consent. This applies to all stages of an engagement — from initial consultation through project delivery and beyond. Confidentiality is not a contractual formality at RENOVANT®. It is a professional standard the firm holds regardless of whether it is asked to.
