The practice is led by its founder and principal, Leticia Macias — a multidisciplinary practitioner holding credentials in Project Management (PMP®), LEED® Green Associate, AI Project Management (CPMAI™), ESG Impact and Sustainable Investment, and Permaculture design.
Her work is grounded in both technical rigor and Indigenous heritage, carrying ancestral roots in the Otomi, Zapotec, Raramuri, and Wixarika peoples of Mexico.
